Job description

Description SAIC is seeking a Command and Control (C2) located at I MEF in Camp Pendleton, CA. This role will serve as a Command Post Systems Advisor (CPSA) for I MEF and surrounding commands. The CPSA will provide expert guidance, analysis, and support to ensure the successful implementation and sustainment of C2 systems and applications. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team, and to make a significant impact on the mission readiness of Marine Corps Forces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C2 systems and applications, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. Duties and Responsibilities: * Able to travel and deploy with United States Marine Corps (USMC) forces in support of contingencies, actual declared hostilities, exercises and as the customer deems necessary. * Ship riding in support of Marine Corps units is also a possibility for short duration. * Provide support for current and future Marine Corps C2 systems to include Global Command and Control System (GCCS), Tactical Common Operational Picture (COP) Server (TCS), Tactical COP TCW (TCW), Joint Tactical COP Workstation (JTCW)/Command and Control Personal Computer (C2PC), Tactical Data Oriented Layer (TDOL), Tactical Assault Kit (TAK) software suite, and Agile Server/Client. Qualifications Required Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of Command and Control (C2) experience. Four (4) years of additional experience accepted in lieu of degree.
Required Qualifications: * Experience must include any combination of the following: GCCS, TCS, TCW, JTCW/C2PC, TDOL.
* Experience with Windows 11, Red Hat Linux System Administration, and VMware.
Required Security Clearance: * Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret security clearance. Higher clearances also accepted.
Required Certification: * Must obtain IAT Level II certification (e.g. CCNA Security, CySA+, Security+, GSEC, etc.) within 6 months of hire.
Nice-to-have Qualifications: * Experience with Aviation Command and Control System (AC2S), J-REAP C / Link-16 protocols, Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), Joint Automated Deep Operation Coordination System (JADOCS), Joint Battle Command Platform (JBC-P), or Friendly Force Tracking (FFT). Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
