Job description

This is a high-visibility role with significant opportunity to shape segment -wide quality, environmental, health and safety, aerospace, and energy management systems.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Serve as the global management systems subject matter expert, coaching and developing organizational capability across ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, AS9100, and ISO 50001 standards.
  • Lead external and internal audit readiness across all global locations and provide support during certification, surveillance, recertification, and internal audits.
  • Own the global corrective and preventive action program related to ISO, ensuring timely, comprehensive issue resolution and effective root cause action tracking across 32+ locations.
  • Oversee effective implementation and ongoing compliance of the integrated management system throughout the company, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, AS9100, ISO 50001, and related business accreditations.
  • Maintain global management system procedures and ensure content remains current, effective, and appropriate for business and certification requirements.
  • Analyze current and future procedural and certification needs of the global business, ensuring scalable standards for both multi-site and single-site registrations.
  • Develop and optimize standard operating practices and SharePoint-based workflows to support document control, approvals, and management system processes as needed.
  • Maintain standard operating procedure content, coordinate controlled document issuance, and support effective workflow execution across the global organization.
  • Support Management Review meetings as required to support governance and compliance.

YOU HAVE:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience managing quality and/or integrated management systems within a regulated or manufacturing environment.
  • Deep knowledge of management system standards and requirements, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, AS9100, and ISO 50001.
  • Proven experience managing both multi-site and single-site certification structures, including standardization, effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance across global locations.
  • Ability to communicate, influence, and educate teams at all organizational levels on global management system requirements, policies, and strategies.
  • Extensive experience leading corrective and preventive action processes, including root cause analysis, documentation, implementation, and closure management across multiple global sites.
  • Advanced analytical skills with demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex process, certification, and system issues across a global organization.
  • Project management and organizational change management experience, with success driving enterprise-wide initiatives and delivering global compliance objectives.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous programs, audits, and site requirements.
  • Fluency with SharePoint, including creating workflows to support document control, approvals, and management system processes; Microsoft Visio and Good Documentation Practice skills preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures, functions, and global locations.
  • Ability to travel 10-30% of the time, domestically and internationally.

Pay Transparency
nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range:
$105,000.00 - $195,000.00
Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
