Senior Collections Specialist
We're partnering with a growing global organization seeking an experienced Senior Collections Specialist to manage customer accounts and support cash flow through effective collections and relationship management.
What You'll Do
  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Monitor aging reports and proactively work to reduce past-due receivables
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, billing issues, and customer disputes
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and help resolve collection challenges
  • Partner with internal teams to address issues impacting payment timing
  • Maintain accurate documentation of collection activities and account status
  • Support reporting, process improvements, and month-end activities
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of collections, accounts receivable, credit, or related experience
  • Strong communication and customer relationship skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience resolving account discrepancies and payment issues
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
  • Experience supporting customers across multiple regions or countries
  • Exposure to large corporate or publicly traded environments
  • Familiarity with reporting tools, collection metrics, and process improvements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
