Job Title: Channel Manager

Who you are: You have energy and drive in abundance, a passion for serving our customers and possess a growth mindset and love of continuous learning, with an appreciation for diverse perspectives and helping others win.

Position Overview:

As the Channel Manager, you will be responsible for the development of Epredia's Anatomical Pathology business through multiple and diverse channel partners. You will be the communication interface between the Channel Partners key departments including Marketing, SIOP, Regulatory, and the Commercial team. You will define and drive the marketing and commercial initiatives between the AP business and the channel partners, ensuring alignment of these initiatives with the overarching objectives of the business. You will work with the Marketing organization and Sales leadership to create, detail, and execute new product launches through the channel partners.

Location: Remote

What you will be doing:

  • Develops business growth plans and initiatives through the Epredia designated channel partners, ensuring alignment across the various Epredia business functions; executes plans and initiatives by working closely with the Channel Partner commercial team and establishing monitoring systems to track success
  • Responsible for the communication between Epredia internal departments and channel partners as "communication hub" within the organization
  • Development of business cases for new business development, obtains alignment between the Finance, Marketing and Sales leadership and executes plans to realize growth opportunities
  • Support New product addition and product change notification process to channel partners (new product add forms)
  • Annual Pricing: Support Annual pricing or "off cycle" pricing changes to channel partners. This includes working with Finance team
  • Act as Epredia Team lead for weekly meeting between Epredia Manufacturing/Operations sites and Channel Partners sourcing teams to ensure meeting "key business metrics".
  • Support Channel and End User complaints and regulatory request into Epredia sites.
  • Work with Accounts Payable finance to align on outstanding invoices and/or late payment notifications.

Skills you need for the role:

  • Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
  • 5+ years of commercial Channel Management (Marketing or Sales) experience in the pathology segment
  • 2+ years Product Marketing or Project Management
  • Proven experience in marketing or sales within the healthcare, diagnostics or medical capital products industry.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Incorta, PowerBI and Salesforce. Needed competency in PowerPoint and Excel (V-lookup) functionality.
  • Must be willing to travel 10-20% of time.

The hiringrangefor this position is: $145,000 - $175,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within therangewill be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
