Job description

D2 Government Solutions (D2GS) is seeking a full-time ArMA and GFEBS Lead to support DPW Service Order Desk (SOD) operations at Fort Carson, Colorado. This position serves as the primary subject-matter resource for accurate data entry, organization, and reporting workflows within ArMA and GFEBS to support Army accountability, work tracking, and customer service reporting.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and support accurate ArMA and GFEBS processing for service orders, to include proper documentation, statuses, and required audit trail entries.
  • Validate data quality and completeness; identify and resolve discrepancies to support accurate reporting and operational decision-making.
  • Support and coordinate GFEBS role access readiness by ensuring required training completion and documentation prior to performing GFEBS-related duties.
  • Assist the PM and SOD team with process improvements, job aids, and coaching related to work order intake, prioritization, and order lifecycle management.
  • Support duty-hour coverage as required and coordinate with SOD staff to ensure continuity of system operations.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and reporting support as requested by the Government (e.g., metrics, backlog tracking, quality checks).
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience using ArMA and/or similar maintenance/work request applications, and GFEBS or comparable ERP/work management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to validate and correct work order data and reporting outputs.
  • Comfort working in a high-volume service desk environment with time-sensitive priorities and multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to complete required Government training prior to performing system duties and maintain currency with annual training requirements.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to train/coach others on system workflows and data standards.
Compliance / Access Requirements
CAC: Yes (Government system access required)
Security Clearance: CAC eligibility requirements apply; background screening includes, at minimum, a favorably adjudicated NACI or equivalent/higher investigation prior to CAC issuance (per Government access rules).
U.S. Citizenship Required: Not specified in the PWS; candidate must meet all Government installation access and CAC sponsorship requirements.
English Proficiency: Yes
Computer Systems Experience : ArMA, GFEBS (working knowledge of modules including Finance, Plant Maintenance, Project Systems, and Materials Management as applicable to the role), ALMS, ATCTS
