To thrive as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you need deep expertise in a specific domain, often supported by advanced degrees, certifications, or extensive professional experience. Familiarity with industry-standard tools, databases, and relevant software systems is typically required to effectively analyze and communicate technical information.
