Job description

Be the one building AI-powered experiences where they matter most.

At Genesys, we help organizations create better customer experiences through AI-powered experience orchestration. Our platform connects people, systems, data and AI to help organizations deliver more personalized service, improve operational efficiency and build stronger customer relationships.

Help build, support and operate technology used by more than 8,000 organizations in over 100 countries - moving AI from possibility to production in real-world enterprise environments every day.

Customer Content Campaigns Senior Manager
About the Role

Genesys is looking for a Customer Content Campaigns Senior Manager to turn customer stories and customer proof into integrated marketing campaigns that reach the right audiences, across the right channels, at the right moments.

This role leads the activation and amplification strategy for customer stories and Orchestrators content, extending the reach of our strongest customer proof well beyond the original asset. It's a cross-functional role that doesn't own channel or timing decisions directly, but works continuously with the marketing teams that do, Digital, Social, Field Marketing, Events, Campaigns and others, to shape when, where and how customer stories show up.

This person will also provide program management for major events and strategic moments, including Xperience, partnering with content owners to bring stories, speakers, content and experiences into one cohesive plan, and coordinating execution across teams.

We're looking for a strategic marketer and strong program leader who knows how to turn great content into great campaigns, build influence without direct authority, and keep complex, high-visibility work on track.

What You'll Do

Turn customer stories into integrated campaigns

Set activation and amplification strategy for the customer story portfolio

Build integrated campaign plans that extend flagship customer stories across channels, audiences and formats, in partnership with the teams that own those channels

Recommend channel mix, sequencing and activation approach for each story based on audience and business opportunity, and align with channel owners on execution

Spot opportunities to connect customer stories to broader Genesys campaigns, launches, industry conversations and strategic priorities

Build repeatable campaign models and playbooks that increase the reach and lifespan of customer content

Maximize the value of customer proof

Develop approaches for turning individual customer stories into broader portfolios of campaign-ready content

Find opportunities to atomize and adapt customer proof into new formats, working with writers, designers and video partners to produce supporting assets

Match customer proof to priority audiences, industries, use cases, regions and strategic narratives

Resurface and reactivate existing customer content when it can support new campaigns or priorities

Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to increase awareness and use of customer proof across the business

Amplify Orchestrators content

Partner with Orchestrators content and marketing owners to build activation plans for priority content and initiatives

Extend Orchestrators stories, voices and expertise through relevant Genesys channels

Connect Orchestrators content to broader campaigns, events and customer moments where it can drive more reach

Represent Orchestrators priorities in cross-channel planning conversations with channel owners

Support customer content for major events and strategic moments

Provide program management to support the customer content workstream at major events and strategic moments, including Xperience

Partner with content owners and stakeholders to pull stories, speakers, video, digital content and other proof into one cohesive plan

Flag opportunities to extend content created for major moments into post-event campaigns and evergreen assets, in partnership with the teams that own that content

Drive cross-channel activation

Build strong, ongoing relationships with the teams that own timing and channel distribution, Digital, Social, Communications, Field Marketing, Events and Campaigns, to secure consistent placement for customer content

Maintain a shared view of upcoming customer stories and moments (e.g., an integrated content calendar) so channel owners can plan around them

Set up a simple intake and prioritization process so customer content reaches the right marketing partners at the right time

Equip channel teams with the assets and context they need to activate customer content well

Measure and optimize impact

Define KPIs for customer content campaigns - reach, engagement, amplification, reuse and field utilization

Track performance to see which stories, formats and activation strategies land best

Use performance data to refine channel mix, sequencing, formats and future strategy

Report on the reach and impact of customer proof beyond publication

Push measurement forward - from content output toward utilization and business impact

What You'll Bring

Significant experience in B2B integrated marketing, content marketing, customer marketing, campaigns or a related field, ideally in enterprise tech or SaaS

Track record of turning content into integrated, multi-channel campaigns

Solid grasp of content activation, audience strategy, channel planning and campaign orchestration

Strong program management skills leading complex, cross-functional work with multiple workstreams, deadlines and senior stakeholders

Experience supporting major events, launches or high-visibility marketing moments

Sharp editorial and creative instincts, you see how one customer story becomes several strong marketing experiences

Experience working across digital, social, email, events and field channels, and building trust with the teams that run them

Analytical instincts, with experience using performance data to shape strategy

Strong communication and stakeholder skills, able to influence teams and leaders without direct authority.

Comfort bringing structure to ambiguity and building new process

A collaborative mindset and a knack for connecting people, content and opportunities

What Success Looks Like

You'll turn customer proof from a set of individual assets into an always-on marketing engine, extending the reach of customer stories through campaigns and experiences you help shape, in partnership with the teams that own execution. Our strongest customer voices will show up more consistently across Genesys marketing, the field and major moments.
