As a Generator Field Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain generator equipment across multiple customer locations. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring the reliability and performance of essential machinery that keeps operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and diagnostic checks on generators.
  • Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.
  • Execute repairs, parts replacement, and emergency service calls.
  • Maintain service records and provide accurate reports to management.
  • Consult with clients to explain issues and recommend solutions.
  • Travel to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and professionalism.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in generator service and repair.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills for client interactions.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
  • Proficient with basic hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
