Job Summary:

The AI Specialist will partner with employees to identify opportunities for AI-driven efficiency and innovation, focusing on designing and implementing AI solutions while increasing overall AI literacy across the organization.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Partner directly with employees and teams to identify and solve realโ€‘world business problems using AI, from idea through implementation.
โ€ข Design, implement, and optimize AI solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot and MedProโ€™s LLM capabilities.
โ€ข Lead and deliver training sessions, workshops, and handsโ€‘on learning opportunities to increase AI knowledge and confidence across MedPro.
โ€ข Act as a subjectโ€‘matter expert for Copilot, staying current on new features, updates, and best practices.
โ€ข Support governance, responsible use, and effective configuration of AI tools in alignment with MedPro policies.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field such as Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a similar discipline.
