You will be at the forefront of leveraging cutting‑edge AI technologies to enhance data and analytics engineering, contributing to innovative solutions that drive client success. This role offers the chance to work directly with clients, providing valuable insights and support to help them navigate complex challenges. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise in AI and data analytics, working alongside experienced professionals to deliver impactful solutions. Your contributions will be integral to enhancing trust and confidence in financial and non‑financial information, supporting clients in making informed decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing AI‑powered contact center solutions to enhance customer interactions
  • Utilizing Azure AI Services and Google Vertex AI to deploy and manage AI models effectively
  • Applying data science techniques to analyze complex datasets and generate actionable insights
  • Collaborating with teams to integrate machine learning and natural language processing into client projects
  • Engaging in prompt engineering to optimize language model outputs for specific applications
  • Leveraging Python programming to build and refine AI‑driven applications
  • Conducting LLM evaluation to assess model performance and validate compliance with safety standards
  • Implementing LLMOps practices to monitor and govern large language models in production environments
  • Supporting client engagements by providing technical expertise in generative AI and related technologies
  • Participating in teamwork to drive innovation and deliver quality solutions to clients
What You Must Have
  • Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Applied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics
  • At least a 3.0 overall GPA
  • Client service associate positions are entry‑level roles and job seekers have completed or are in the process of completing their final academic year of educational requirements

The salary range for this position is: $53,500 - $104,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
