Overview
AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Warehouse General Worker II!
In this hands-on role, you'll perform a variety of physical warehouse duties while working with high-end technology. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Responsibilities
  • Loads and unloads cartons / boxes of merchandise, materials, and product onto or off of trailers / trucks which involve the ability to lift cartons overhead
  • Determine where cartons need to be sorted and placed. Stacks cartons / boxes onto pallets.
  • Check, verify and audit materials and enter data into a database to ensure that correct material has been received and that material is as expected and not damaged or defective
  • May operate power equipment to move merchandise
  • Spend majority of working hours lifting up to 50 lbs. on a continuous basis
  • Identify and remove defective products.
  • Put freight away in designated areas.
  • The wage range for this position is $20.40-$28.80 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.

  • High School degree / GED or Work equivalent Preferred

Experience Qualifications
  • 1+ years Freight forwarding experience Preferred

Skills and Abilities
  • Reading and writing English, knowledge of airport codes destinations and basic geography knowledge. (Medium proficiency)
  • Exhibits strong typing skills/or data entry skills. (Low proficiency)
  • Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast pace, high volume environment. (Medium proficiency)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. (Medium proficiency)
  • Actively participates in safety policies, activities and implementations (Medium proficiency)
  • Specialized computer knowledge (Low proficiency)
