Description:
General outdoor cleanup and some moving of materials
Job Summary:
  • Help to maintain walkways, building entrances and steps
  • Weeding, weed-whacking, small grass cutting, rake and otherwise maintain grass around building and parking lots, pick up trash and police play areas for hazards (pick up broken glass, debris, etc.).
  • Moving mulch and other general materials as needed

Qualifications:
  • This person shall (1) be a U.S. Citizen, (2) be a vocational, trade or high school graduate, or have completed the G.E.D., (3) possess a valid drivers license and a clean driving record, (4) have the ability to read and write the English language at the 8th grade level.
  • Ability and desire to learn total job function.
  • Ability to understand and carry out written and verbal instructions.
  • Physical ability to operate various maintenance equipment.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work when necessary in adverse environmental conditions.
