Role & Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with the CEO to execute the company's strategic vision, business plan, and longโ€‘term growth initiatives.
  • Lead and manage the executive leadership team, driving accountability, performance, and alignment across all departments.
  • Oversee daily business operations, including operations, finance, accounting, and human resources, ensuring organizational efficiency and profitability.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), financial performance, and company scorecards, proactively identifying opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and operational planning.
  • Build, develop, and retain highโ€‘performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Implement and optimize business processes, systems, and the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to ensure operational excellence and organizational alignment.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, translating vision into actionable plans and ensuring strategic objectives are successfully executed.
