Job description

General Manager

We are hiring a General Manager of Operations to manage Columbus and surrounding areas. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 6 PM–12 AM, with weekend availability required. The salary range for this role is $70,000-$80,000.

Job Duties Include:

  1. Coordinate service activities for assigned buildings.
  2. Control supplies, equipment, and personnel necessary to meet customer specifications.
  3. Interact with customers daily to obtain feedback on services and special needs.
  4. Manage the company’s quality control monitoring programs
  5. Attempt to increase revenue by ensuring that Supervisors are looking for ways to provide additional or periodic services to the customers.
  6. Analyze and manage, in a proactive manner, both the financial and operational performance of the assigned buildings.
  7. Manage and provide leadership to District Managers, Area Managers, Supervisors, and other personnel assigned to the buildings.
  8. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws.
  9. Responsible for directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining subordinates; addressing complaints, resolving problems, and terminating employees.
