Opportunities Available!
We are currently hiring for multiple General Labor positions, including Production Support and Racker Packer roles on both 1st Shift and 3rd Shift.
Available Shifts:
  • 1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
  • 3rd Shift: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Please note that candidates selected for 3rd Shift positions will complete their training on 1st Shift before transitioning to their assigned schedule.

Production Support
Job Overview
The Production Support position provides hands-on assistance across multiple departments in our metal finishing and plating facility. This flexible, multi-skilled role helps maintain production flow by filling in where needed. Reports to the Assistant Plant Manager & Plant Manager.
Responsibilities
  • Read and comprehend specific work instructions
  • Perform support tasks in various production areas based on daily operational needs.
  • Prepare, rack, and un-rack metal parts for plating or surface treatments.
  • Assist in masking operations using tapes, lacquers, or other methods to protect areas from processing. Assist with cleaning, drying, packaging, and labeling of completed parts.
  • Support electroless nickel plating operations, including solution maintenance and part handling.
  • Participate in passivation and chemfilm processes, following all chemical handling protocols.
  • Operate etching tanks and related equipment safely and accurately
  • Perform basic inspections of parts for quality and conformance to specifications.
  • Various types of Respirators are required for this position. Respirator training, fit testing, & medical evaluations are also required for respirator issuance
  • Lift 10-30 lbs. on a repetitive basis without assistance
  • Stand on a continual basis for duration of shift
  • Works overtime as required
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Must have basic math skills to count quantities
  • Flexible to changing responsibilities/priorities
  • Reading comprehension skills required

Racker Packer
Job Overview
Racks parts in preparation for wet processing. Removes parts from rack after wet processing is completed and packs them per the work instructions. Reports to the department Supervisor & Plant Manager.
Responsibilities
  • Read & comprehend specific work instructions
  • Pack & unpack parts to customer specification
  • Rack & unrack parts per work instructions
  • Inspect parts for nicks, dings, blisters, & color distortions
  • Count & verify production orders
  • Utilize wire, plugs and/or racks to assist in wet process preparation
  • Work in chemical induced environment with appropriate PPE including respirators. Respirator training, fit testing, & medical evaluations are required for respirator issuance.
  • Work in extreme heat & cold temperatures - seasonal
  • Lift 10-30 lbs. on a repetitive basis without assistance
  • Works overtime as required
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Production Support & Racker Packer
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 70% of the time
  • Frequently moves parts/equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. across work area
  • Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts:
    • Individuals who inspect material for final acceptance must have:
      • Color Vision Eye Examination annually per IFT vision requirements
      • Near-Vision Eye Examination annually per IFT vision requirements
    • The Individual(s) must meet the minimum standards in one eye with or without glasses/contacts

  • Local and overnight travel may be required occasionally
