Position Overview
Total Seed Production is a corn and soybean seed production facility located in Tipton, IN. We are currently seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager to lead our team and keep our seed production facility running at peak performance. This "hands-on" leadership role focuses on mechanical repair, electrical work, and preventative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily maintenance team meetings and operations.

Manage equipment uptime, spare parts inventory, and vendor projects.

Oversee department HR tasks (scheduling, feedback, and hiring).

Ensure a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

2–5+ years of related experience (depending on education level).

Strong mechanical, electrical and fabrication skills are a must.

Proven leadership experience

Valid Indiana DL and ability to pass DOT Medical Eval.

General Requirements

  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and support multiple business entities.
  • Experience in ADP and MaintainX is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Valid Indiana driver’s license and ability to pass a DOT Medical Evaluation.
