Job Title: General Labor

Job Description

Join a dynamic team in a fast-paced production environment dedicated to producing high-quality precast concrete products. This hands-on, first-shift role involves working directly with forms, materials, and equipment to ensure top-quality production.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and set up steel forms for concrete production.
  • Operate spray equipment and apply concrete to molds.
  • Strip finished products and clean molds for reuse.
  • Load raw materials such as sand, cement, and fiberglass.
  • Start, stop, and monitor production equipment.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in general labor, ideally with a background in construction.
  • Strong attendance record.
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • Capable of lifting over 40 lbs.
  • Willingness to work in a hands-on environment.

Work Environment

Expect a physically demanding environment where getting dirty is part of the job. The role requires the ability to lift over 40 lbs. Work hours can vary, with start times as early as 4 am and as late as 6 am, but employees will only work between 8 to 10 hours within the 4 am to 4 pm window.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.25 - $22.25/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
