  • Actively take part in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities, staying abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on serving a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing chronic mental health issues, acute crises, and varying levels of socio-economic backgrounds. Our commitment to culturally competent care ensures that all patients feel understood and valued. You will have the opportunity to make a significant positive difference in the lives of those struggling with mental health challenges.

Qualifications

  • Current valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.
  • Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses, treatment modalities, and therapeutic practices necessary for effective patient care.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting thorough mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment strategies.
  • Ability to facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions for a wide range of populations, ensuring each patient feels supported and respected.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with sound judgment and adherence to ethical standards.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer applications.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, delivering comprehensive mental health care.
  • Experience working within community health environments or similar settings, particularly with diverse and underserved populations.
