Wellness Care Psychological Center is actively seeking licensed mental health therapists to join our dynamic and dedicated team in a full-time capacity. As a vital member of our outpatient psychiatric office, you will play an essential role in providing high-quality mental health care through evidence-based practices and personalized treatment plans. This position is remote-based, allowing you to effectively serve our clients within the Hillsboro, Oregon community and beyond.

This position offers the flexibility of remote work while being part of a close-knit team dedicated to improving mental health outcomes in our community. Our collaborative work culture encourages open communication among team members, allowing for shared learning and support. Operating on a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility may be required based on patient needs, ensuring that we are responsive to the demands of our clients.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments with new and ongoing patients to effectively identify their individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that empower patients to address common mental health concerns while fostering a sense of community.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and psychologists to provide holistic care, ensuring that all aspects of the patient’s well-being are addressed.
• Provide crisis intervention services for patients in acute distress, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies.
• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and available community resources, promoting their understanding and engagement in their recovery process.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Actively take part in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities, staying abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy.

This role focuses on serving a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing chronic mental health issues, acute crises, and varying levels of socio-economic backgrounds. • A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.
• Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses, treatment modalities, and therapeutic practices necessary for effective patient care.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting thorough mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment strategies.
• Ability to facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions for a wide range of populations, ensuring each patient feels supported and respected.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with sound judgment and adherence to ethical standards.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer applications.
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, delivering comprehensive mental health care.
• Experience working within community health environments or similar settings, particularly with diverse and underserved populations.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
