• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client, leveraging evidence-based practices for optimal results.
• Monitor client progress through regular assessments and adjust treatment strategies based on individual responses and feedback.
• Conduct thorough mental health screenings to comprehensively evaluate treatment needs, addressing co-occurring disorders when applicable.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and wellness advocates, to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with applicable regulations and organizational protocols.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in mental health treatment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to contribute to the overall effectiveness of the counseling team.

The clients you will support through this telehealth role will primarily include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, and recovery from mild traumatic brain injuries. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• An active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential is mandatory to practice in this role.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing mental health counseling, specifically using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques.
• Experience or a strong understanding of working with clients recovering from mild traumatic brain injuries is essential.
