Position Summary:We are seeking a skilled and motivated General Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in residential or commercial construction, renovation, or related fields. This position requires a deep understanding of construction techniques, project management, and safety regulations. The candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to timelines. At the time of application, candidate must have a valid Florida Building or General Contractor's license.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage and oversee construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, ensuring compliance with all project specifications and safety standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the scope of work and project requirements.
  • Perform site inspections to ensure project progress, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address project needs and resolve any issues.
  • Procure materials and manage inventory to ensure timely project completion.
  • Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and licensing requirements.
