 As an Area Sales Associate, Group Experiences, you will drive revenue growth by converting inbound birthday, social, and group event demand into memorable iFLY experiences across assigned markets.

 This role owns the customer sales experience from inquiry through booking and focuses on maximizing conversion, customer satisfaction, repeat business, and average booking value.

 Success requires strong consultative selling skills, urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high inquiry volume while creating exceptional guest experiences.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Experience
  •  Manage inbound birthday, social, and group inquiries from qualification through booking
  •  Apply consultative selling techniques to recommend the right experience and package
  •  Drive conversion and maximize average booking value through thoughtful upsell and cross-sell
  •  Deliver fast, high-quality follow-up and quote turnaround
  •  Build long-term relationships that generate repeat bookings and referrals
  •  Resolve customer concerns professionally
Performance & Territory Ownership
  •   Own assigned market performance and contribute to YoY growth
  •  Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate opportunity tracking
  •  Monitor conversion performance and customer trends

Required Qualifications:
  •  0-1 years of experience in sales or customer service, hospitality, or call-center sales environment
