Seeking candidates with strong customer service and technical troubleshooting skills. Ideal backgrounds include healthcare, medical devices, IT help desk, call center support, or bilingual customer service. Successful candidates stay calm under pressure, follow processes, document thoroughly, and enjoy helping customers resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities include supporting customers via phone, chat, email, and outbound calls; troubleshooting insulin pumps, software, mobile apps, patient portals, and CGM integrations; documenting interactions in CRM systems; analyzing system logs; identifying and escalating product safety concerns; and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and company policies. The role requires strong problem-solving, de-escalation, and communication skills, along with the ability to meet performance metrics, maintain schedule adherence, and advocate for customer needs while contributing to process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Shifts: CTS provides around-the-clock customer support. Schedules are not limited to a traditional Monday through Friday workweek and may include weekends, nights, and holidays. Shift configurations can vary, with examples including 4x10 and 3x12 schedules. Specific schedules are determined by business needs and operational coverage requirements.

Training is M-F for 6 weeks - EVERYTHING WILL BE IN PST

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
