Job description

nLogic is hiring a Logistics Management Specialist to support IT logistics, asset tracking, warehouse operations, and supply management for Army operations at Fort Lee, VA. This role ensures accountability and lifecycle management of government-furnished equipment, supplies, keys, devices, and related assets. This position is contingent upon contract award.
This role ensures reliable operation, troubleshooting, sustainment, and inventory support for AV systems. This is a fully on-site role at Fort Lee, VA.
Responsibilities:
  • Track, manage, and maintain inventory of IT equipment, supplies, devices, keys, and government-furnished assets
  • Support warehouse operations, logistics processes, and equipment lifecycle management
  • Manage equipment receipt, issuance, storage, accountability, transfer, and disposition
  • Maintain accountability for government-issued keys, devices, supplies, and equipment
  • Support Army logistics systems and platforms such as GCSS, ADHOC Management portal, Army supply systems, and related inventory or accountability tools
  • Coordinate with technical teams, government stakeholders, warehouse personnel, and operational teams to support equipment needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and accountability controls for assigned assets

Required Qualifications:
  • An active, in-scope Secret Security Clearance is required for this position
  • Relevant experience in IT logistics and supply management
  • Experience managing inventory, equipment accountability, warehouse operations, or supply chain processes
  • Experience supporting receipt, issuance, transfer, storage, lifecycle management, or disposition of equipment and supplies
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills
  • Experience with Army logistics systems such as GCSS, ADHOC Management portal, Army supply systems, or similar inventory and accountability platforms
  • Ability to support operational and technical teams in a structured government or DoD environment
  • Proximity to and ability to work onsite full time in Fort Lee, Virginia
