A LITTLE INFO ABOUT THE JOB:

A Line/Prep Cook is responsible for tasks that include preparing food items for daily use. This position requires a sense of urgency and adaptability. S/he represents the Company by providing service that exhibits professionalism, attention to detail, and the desire to create a positive environment.

Here are a few examples of what it takes to be successful in the \Line/Prep Cook\ position with Gator's Dockside Restaurants

  • Fulfills all job responsibilities in order to contribute to “a great dining experience from beginning to end” for our guests
  • Work directly with both BOH and FOH team members to ensure all of the guest's needs are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Ensure menu knowledge to address any server or bartender questions about the menu; including food allergy issues
  • Follows recipes; Upholds specs and perfect presentation of every dish
