Essential Responsibilities:
  • Operate a large Gator and tractor safely, adhering to all speed limits and site driving rules.
  • Perform routine tasks involving frequent bending, lifting, and moving on and off vehicles.
  • Safely transport cardboard, plastic, trash, and recycling materials.
  • Use both hands and maintain mobility to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
  • Transport waste and recycling materials to compactors and operate a baler in compliance with safety procedures.
  • Push large rolling carts (around 100 lbs) into efficiently and safely.
  • Safely pull and maneuver multiple trailers behind the tractor or Gator.
  • Connect and disconnect trailers securely and correctly from the tractor.

Skills & Requirements:
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to remain on feet for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols related to waste management and heavy equipment operation.
  • Ability to follow directions precisely and work independently.
  • Mechanical aptitude for operating balers, compactors, and trailer hookups.

Additional duties can include:
