To thrive as a Garment Technical, you need expertise in garment construction, pattern making, and textile knowledge, often supported by a degree in fashion design or apparel technology. Familiarity with CAD software, garment fitting systems, and quality control tools is typically required. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication enable successful collaboration with designers and manufacturers. These competencies ensure the production of high-quality garments that meet design specifications and industry standards.
