This position is open to applicants or individuals whoare located inoraround Groveport, OH and able to work 1st Shift scheduled Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM with flexibility for longer hours basedoff ofbusiness and peak needs.


The Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Control Coordinator to join ourteam in Groveport, Ohio. This role is responsible for inspecting garments to ensurethey meet our quality standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will have akeen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality productionstandards.
What You'll Do:
Inspect finished garments for defects such as loose threads, poor stitching,
incorrect labeling, stains, or fabric flaws.
Measure garments to ensure they meet size specifications and tolerances.
Compare finished products to approved samples and technical specifications.
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of findings.
Communicate quality issues to production and quality teams for corrective action.
Assist in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Always ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.
Who You Are:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to accurately work with statistical data and identify inconsistencies and problem areas.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle defects.
  • Basic math and measurement skills; ability to use measuring tools such as rulersand tape measures.

  • Proficient in use of mainframe, and other systems including Word and Excel.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
Able to withstand constant physical activity (standing, walking, bending, stoopingover, reaching, etc.).
Able to be on your feet all day
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. on occasion (document boxes, files, binders, andother items)
Able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
Able to work overtime
Constant exposure to adverse conditions such as dust, noise, fumes, weather, poorlighting, or heavy machinery/equipment
