SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The Auto Quality Control team assumes a pivotal role in upholding the quality standards of screen-printed Chrome Hearts apparel, post-curing. Their multifaceted responsibilities encompass:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Execute meticulous quality assessments on screen-printed apparel, meticulously scrutinizing each item following the curing process within the dryers.
  • Foster effective and transparent lines of communication with the auto assistant, providing timely updates on prints that fall short of our stringent quality benchmarks.
  • Discriminate between garments categorized as second-quality or scrap with precision, ensuring a clear demarcation and systematic handling.
  • Demonstrate dexterity in the art of packaging garments, adeptly reintegrating them into their designated boxes, maintaining a meticulous approach to presentation and security.
  • Execute the comprehensive completion of Manufacturing Production Order tracking templates for all in-process boxes, assiduously maintaining a repository of accurate records.
  • Display exceptional efficiency in the arrangement of finished boxes onto allocated pallets, placing a paramount emphasis on swift turnaround times.
  • Collaborate proactively with the team to not only meet but surpass daily and weekly production targets, contributing to the overall synergy and productivity of the unit.
  • Uphold a consistent, highly organized, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking approach to tasks, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to excellence in quality control.
  • Vigilantly enforce a stringent code of cleanliness and orderliness within the workspace, adhering to stringent safety protocols to safeguard the well-being of all personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Preferred experience in garment quality control.
  • Candidates are expected to acquire the necessary skills within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Proficient in discerning between quality print standards and identifying defects.
  • Strong team player with exceptional communication skills.
  • Able to handle physically demanding tasks.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
