Garment Quality Auditor

Location: North Las Vegas, NV
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

We are currently hiring a Garment Quality Auditor to join our team in North Las Vegas! This position is responsible for inspecting and auditing garments throughout the production process to ensure products meet established quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with garment construction, quality control, and identifying defects while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

This is a great opportunity for someone with apparel, textile, sewing, or quality control experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Inspect garments throughout the production process to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Perform quality audits and identify defects, inconsistencies, or areas needing correction.
  • Evaluate garment construction, stitching, materials, and overall workmanship.
  • Check care labels, trims, and garment details for accuracy and proper placement.
  • Verify final products meet required specifications before completion.
  • Perform basic sewing tasks using various sewing machines as needed.
  • Count and organize inspected products accurately.
  • Document quality issues and communicate concerns to appropriate team members.
  • Support process improvements and learn new quality procedures.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in garment quality control, apparel production, textile manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, sewing techniques, and production processes.
  • Experience inspecting apparel or high-quality garments preferred.
  • Basic sewing machine experience required.
