Job Description

To increase the number of premium players in the database to assist in increased gaming and related revenues. Promote a positive image of our property and corporation. 

Communicate with existing and potential customers in a congenial manner. 

  Follow established procedures to obtain, record, and maintain customer information. 

  Prepare legible forms for customer reservations and amenities. 

  Utilize computer systems to analyze guest history and profitability to company. 

  Communicate necessary information to customers in written and verbal form. 

  Proactively interact with guests throughout the casino floor, restaurants, and VIP events to create memorable experiences and strengthen customer engagement. Travel to various player events to promote the property. 

  Extend complimentaries in accordance with company policy and procedures. Develop personal relationships with Premium Players and know their interests. 

  Telemarket and correspond with Premium Players as directed. 

Follow procedures and guidelines regarding credit and work with guests to establish lines of credit.

Monitor and contact Premium Players whose play has started to decline and try to reverse trend. 

  Promote property events and offers to customers, while at the same time are aware of competitor's promotions.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of sales/customer service position experience and/or a minimum of 3 years as an Executive Casino Host with an adequate customer following preferred. Excellent communication skills

Basic computer knowledge and usage required

Appropriate business attire required.
