To thrive as a Voice Over Artist, you need strong vocal control, clear diction, script interpretation skills, and often some formal training in acting or voice performance. Familiarity with audio recording software, home studio equipment, and editing tools like Audacity or Adobe Audition is typically required. These abilities ensure professional-quality recordings, effective collaboration with clients, and the versatility needed to deliver engaging performances across different media.
