Our vision for the Metaverse is to build the next generation of social experiences. Our goal is to build a successful ecosystem where hundreds of millions of people are able to participate and developers can grow their businesses. We are looking for a Games Product Manager to execute our Third Party Games consulting strategy and help shape the future of the Metaverse Economy for thousands of developers and creators in our ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Work with key stakeholders to build, educate and empower developers within the ecosystem to drive best practices on engagement and monetization systems for their titles
Build programs and expertise on free to play and live service systems that create long term relationships with consumers
Analyze and provide recommendations to improve retention and monetization in third party developers' titles
Work with developers and key stakeholders to build title-level KPIs to measure success and provide guidance and recommendations to ensure titles will achieve their goals
Lead the roadmap definition, development, and end-to-end execution of key projects with a team of world-class engineers, data scientists, researchers, and other cross functional experts
Partner closely with a diverse set of stakeholders across internal and external teams to build tools and capabilities that support consulting activities in the organization
Work with developers to build out system designs, features and roadmaps to achieve title goals
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in product management designing and operating live games
Experience leveraging data visualization tools to build narratives
Experience tackling ambiguous problems and forming a structured solutions with tradeoffs
Experience working and influencing effectively cross-functionally and building relationships across teams, including with people outside the direct reporting chain
Experience managing expectations and communicating effectively with leadership
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in building digital economies, designing systems and/or monetization models in high profile gaming titles/franchises
Experience operating successful live title(s) as a pod lead
Experience working in fast paced, ambiguous environments and successfully executing against strategic goals
Proven communication skills, both internally and with partners translating insight into content, create slides or written presentations, & create overall communication plans
Driven, self starter who is comfortable working independently
Experience with developer for mass-market consumer product experiences
Games industry experience
Mobile Gaming or AR/VR experience
