About The Role
The Game Day Staff at Las Vegas Ballpark plays a crucial role in ensuring fans have an exceptional experience. Reporting to the Fan Services Coordinator, this seasonal position supports guest services, event operations, promotional activations and logistical tasks to create a seamless and memorable game day for every guest.
What You Will Do
  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to guests, answering questions about stadium amenities, seating, policies, and events.

  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues as necessary to supervisors.

  • Assist with wayfinding and ensure smooth navigation through the ballpark.

  • Distribute promotional items and execute giveaways in an organized and engaging manner.

  • Support pre-game and in-game activations, including sponsor promotions, contests, and on-field experiences.

  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and operational tasks, such as signage, props, and promotional equipment.

  • Monitor cleanliness and functionality in assigned areas to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.

  • Help manage parking, entry, and seating operations during high-capacity events.

  • Collaborate with departments such as security, concessions, and housekeeping to support seamless event operations.

  • Participate in pre-game briefings to understand event-specific assignments and contribute to game-day success.

About You
  • Must be at least 16 years old.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused approach.

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a positive demeanor in a fast-paced setting.

  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to contribute to creating a world-class fan experience.

Compensation: starting at $14 per hour
