Shift Supervisor - Harrah's Laughlin
The Table Games Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the integrity and efficiency of the Table Games department. This role ensures accurate player ratings, resolves marker issues, supports dealer assignments, and provides leadership that drives both guest satisfaction and team success.
Responsibilities
  • Assign dealers to designated tables and gaming areas
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities for Table Games staff
  • Correct player ratings and ensure accuracy in tracking systems
  • Resolve marker issues and support collection processes
  • Make recommendations regarding promotions, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
  • Maintain availability for scheduled shifts
  • Deliver Caesars Entertainment's Family-Style Service at all times

Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Supervise Table Games employees during assigned shifts
  • Interview, hire, and train team members
  • Plan, assign, and direct daily work
  • Appraise performance, reward achievements, and administer discipline
  • Address employee concerns and resolve operational issues
  • Ensure all supervisory actions follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications
  • Associate degree preferred
  • Two or more years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Working knowledge of Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, and Poker
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Certificates, Licenses & Registrations
  • Must possess and maintain all applicable regional Gaming card(s) and/or license(s)
