Job description

Job Summary

The Warehouse Specialist will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping, receiving, processing sales orders, various admin duties, and ensuring the efficient and safe storage of materials. This also includes cleaning & repairing iPad tablets, stands, televisions, routers and programming Amazon Fire Sticks as well as tablets.

This position will serve as an aid to the Market Manager with the direction and growth of warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to take direction and work both independently and in a team environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform repairs, maintenance and programming on the following Diamond Game eTab items:
    • Apple iPad
    • Amazon Fire Stick
    • Routers (primarily Google Mesh)
  • Accurately manage and track warehouse inventory.
  • Monitor stock levels for reordering and ensure sufficient availability of parts and equipment.
  • Prepare installation materials.
  • Meet quality and customer service standards.
  • Maintain a safe, healthy and organized warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate with other parts of the Diamond Game team to effectively support Diamond Game's Minnesota Market
  • Consistently demonstrate the ability to practice Diamond Game's core values and apply them.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as needed and/or requested by management.


Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior warehouse/inventory experience preferred.
  • Technical knowledge of Apple iPads and repair a strong asset.
  • Experience working with and/or knowledge about Charitable Gaming a plus.

Must pass a credit check as well as an ISP criminal background check

Knowledge and Abilities

  • Ability to take direction efficiently while working independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer service experience with the ability to conduct work in a professional manner both on the phone and in person.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management and multitasking skills while working in an environment with minimal in-person supervision.
  • Good communication skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated and organized.
  • Possess a proactive, can-do attitude and show the ability and willingness to recognize what needs to be done to complete tasks.

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. And frequently lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.
  • This position requires movement around the warehouse.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • May require travel dependent on company needs.
