Job description

Galleria BMW is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor/Writer to add to our team. This individual's primary responsibility is simple - provide our customers with an extraordinary experience that is unlike anything they have ever experienced before from an auto dealership.
Although Galleria BMW is one of the youngest BMW Centers in the country, we have quickly become one of the most highly rated and prestigious dealerships in BMW's network. If you pride yourself on being "the best," are open to doing things differently in order to deliver an exceptional experience, and are looking for a career as an Automotive Service Advisor, then we would like to speak with you.
Responsibilities include:
  • Scheduling customer service appointments and obtaining customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.
  • Greeting customers on the service drive in a timely, friendly manner.
  • Actively listening to customer in order to define reason for visit.
  • Accurately writing up customer's vehicle concerns on repair order.
  • Utilize BMW's Service & Warranty History tools in order to recommend additional services that are needed.
  • Advise customers on the care of their cars, particularly maintaining their vehicles in accordance with BMW's specifications and requirements.
  • Provide a thorough and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
  • Maintains frequent communication with customers regarding updates on the status of their vehicle.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Automotive service advisor experience.
  • Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions.
  • Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen
