Job description

This work sits at a critical point in the mission lifecycle; translating operational needs into actionable collection guidance that can move cleanly across teams, systems, and decision-makers without losing precision along the way.
This is an exciting opportunity to join us as a Source Strategies Analyst to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency's (NGA) Source mission. This position is designed for a professional who understands GEOINT collection beyond the surface level. You'll help shape how GEOINT collection strategies are developed, communicated, and sustained across mission stakeholders. Some efforts will focus on refining workflows and operational guidance. Others will involve supporting source strategies, documenting best practices, building performance support materials, or helping teams process and organize collection-related information in ways that improve execution and continuity. If you have strong operational awareness, disciplined organization, and the ability to communicate complex collection processes in a way that others can immediately apply, join XTS today!
Requirements
  • Current active Top Secret / SCI clearance
  • You have achieved a Bachelor's Degree + 2 years / Associate's Degree + 3 years / 5+ years of relevant GEOINT collection management, including familiarity with structure and mission frameworks.
  • You've gained strong knowledge of GEOINT TCPED process to understand how collection, planning, tasking, processing, exploitation, and dissemination connect across the operational lifecycle.
  • You have experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools in order to produce mission support documentation, training materials, and operational products used across teams.
  • You have experience developing SOPs, workflows, operational guidance, or best practices used in mission environments to turn complex collection processes into clear, usable direction that supports consistent execution.

Nice to Have
  • Experience performing GEOINT collection operations
  • Familiarity with NGA Source functions and source strategy development
  • Experience developing training materials or performance support products
  • GEOINT Professional Certification - Fundamentals (GPC-F)
  • GEOINT Professional Certification - Collections (GPC-C)

If you're eager to contribute in turning requirements into clear, structured guidance that support coordinated action across mission partners and GEOINT operations, send your resume directly to Lanchi Lai at, ([email protected]).
