  • State licensure as a fully licensed mental health practitioner, with credentials as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note: We do not accept limited or provisional licenses.
  • A clean professional record, free from any disciplinary actions.
  • Strong clinical skills for diagnosing and treating mental health disorders, along with exceptional decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, characterized by empathy, active listening, and a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficient in computer skills for documentation, virtual communication platforms, and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experience is highly valued:

  • Previous experience in a community health setting or providing telehealth services.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.
