Job description

ZABS Place, a non-profit thrift boutique in Matthews, NC is looking to hire courteous service oriented individuals to pickup furniture donations and/or deliver furniture purchases. This position is 1 day/week and has scheduling flexibility to work around your existing schedule.

Ability to lift heavy things is a requirement.


Responsibilities

  • Drive vehicle to pickup donated furniture.
  • Drive vehicle to deliver purchased furniture to ZABS customers.
  • Navigate a variety of routes throughout the city while adhering to a time schedule.
  • Prepare furniture, carefully load and deliver furniture.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse Manager.
  • Complete logs and reports.


Qualifications

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean background check & driving record
  • Experience driving cargo van or small truck (driver only)
  • Punctuality and reliability
