Job description

The Asana Marketing Operations team is chartered with achieving revenue targets by optimizing the customer journey with technology, operational programs and actionable insights. We're seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to shape and optimize our Inbound Lead Funnel, ensuring seamless end-to-end infrastructure and operations. This role requires equal strength in technical systems and cross-functional process management. You'll partner with global marketing and sales leaders to implement and optimize lead scoring, routing, and workflows while enabling teams with reporting insights. This high-visibility position directly impacts revenue by ensuring every lead is properly captured, scored, routed and actioned while building scalable processes for our GTM organization.

This role is based in either our San Francisco or New York City office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you'll achieve

  • Partner with global marketing, sales and technology teams on key lead funnel operations and provide critical performance insights that drive revenue growth.
  • Project manage large-scale projects, establishing project scope, goals, milestones, success metrics and stakeholder management. 
  • Own technical infrastructure, including predictive scoring, funnel logic, lead routing, and data integrations across a multi-product ecosystem. 
  • Report on funnel performance and recommend improvements to increase funnel conversion rates
  • Continuously monitor marketing and sales funnel systems to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
  • Maintain clear documentation of lead funnel processes, ensuring alignment across teams and enabling stakeholders with the knowledge they need to succeed.

About you

  • 5+ years of Marketing Operations experience in a B2B SaaS organization, with expertise in both technical systems and process design.
  • Experience managing Global Inbound Funnel operations in complex, multi-product businesses.
  • Hands-on experience building or optimizing a lead funnel, with experience of Salesforce, Marketo, Databricks, Clay, Tableau, Traction Complete or equivalent technologies.   
  • Proven track record of building relationships with cross-functional teams to drive consensus and implementation. You work well in a collaborative, fast and cross-functional environment.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills to synthesize complex data into executive insights.
  • Continuously seeks to understand, improve, and innovate. Identifies problems and develops actionable solutions.
  • Works independently on a variety of large projects/processes. Comfort with ambiguity, excellent project management, and ability to build & optimize processes while maintaining operational excellence
  • Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $146,000 - $166,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
