Job description

This role helps create the everyday materials that bring our brands and products to life - from pitch decks and banner ads to online infographics, product support materials, and other marketing assets. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to turn ideas into polished, on-brand visuals that support our digital shelf presence, product launches, sales presentations, campaigns, and retail opportunities.

Creativity, organizational skills, collaborative skills, and being excited to learn in a fast moving consumer products environment are key elements of this position. This position is for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with execution, can adapt quickly, and is excited by the idea of working on a wide variety of brands, products, and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and adapt marketing materials including pitch decks, banner ads, social media graphics, product sell sheets, retail support materials, and digital assets.

Help bring toy and baby product lines to life through fun, clear, and engaging visuals.

Prepare and organize files for print, digital, sales, and internal use.

Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams during brainstorming, concept development, and project execution.

Resize, revise, and repurpose existing creative assets for different platforms and formats.

Stay aware of current design, social, retail, and toy industry trends to help keep materials fresh and relevant.
