Overview

ROLE AT A GLANCE:     Drive the product strategy and roadmap for Pro2col's distributor enablement platform and marketing pages, crafting high-converting digital experiences that empower distributors to build their businesses and engage customers effectively. This role exists to build the digital foundation that enables distributor success through performance marketing funnels, enablement tools, and conversion-optimized experiences. The Director ensures Pro2col's distributor-facing digital products drive measurable business outcomes including distributor activation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:     Own the product strategy and roadmap for Pro2col distributor enablement platform and marketing pages    Build and optimize digital funnels that drive customer acquisition, conversion, and distributor business growth    Develop distributor enablement tools including content libraries, marketing assets, training resources, and business management capabilities    Create performance marketing experiences optimized for conversion across web and mobile channels    Partner with distributors to understand their business needs, pain points, and opportunities for digital enablement    Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure seamless integration between distributor tools and corporate marketing campaigns    Work with UX/UI designers to build compelling, conversion-focused landing pages and funnel experiences    Partner with engineering teams to develop scalable, performant enablement platforms and marketing technology    Define and track performance metrics including conversion rates, funnel performance, distributor engagement, and revenue attribution    Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to continuously optimize conversion and user experience    Analyze customer journey data and marketing funnel performance to identify optimization opportunities    Build distributor feedback mechanisms to inform product development and feature prioritization    Manage relationships with marketing technology vendors and enablement platform providers    Present product strategy, performance metrics, and optimization recommendations to leadership    Ensure products enable distributors to comply with regulatory requirements and brand guidelines    Make product decisions on funnel design, feature prioritization, technology stack, and performance optimization    Collaborate with Corporate Marketing functions to ensure distributor tools align with brand strategy and marketing campaigns    Develop training and onboarding programs to drive distributor adoption of enablement tools 

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:     Digital product management with focus on marketing funnels and conversion optimization    Performance marketing and growth product expertise    B2C digital product strategy and execution    Funnel design, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing analytics    Distributor/channel enablement and sales enablement tools - Experience and understanding of Shopify platform

    Proven track record of building high-converting digital funnels and performance marketing products    Deep understanding of customer acquisition strategies, conversion optimization, and growth marketing    Experience developing enablement tools for sales channels, distributors, or partner networks    Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to drive product decisions and optimize performance    Ability to balance distributor needs with corporate strategy and technical constraints    Critical thinking combined with hands-on execution capability    Preferred/Adjacent Skills:    Experience in direct selling, network marketing, or multi-level marketing (MLM) business models    Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and sales enablement technologies    Understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and digital advertising    Familiarity with content management systems and web development technologies    Experience with affiliate marketing or referral program platforms    Background in e-commerce or subscription business models

Experience    10+ years of product management experience with significant focus on performance marketing, growth products, or distributor/channel enablement; demonstrated success building products that drive measurable business growth

Education/Skills/Certifications:    Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field    Preferred: MBA or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field; product management certifications; background in performance marketing or growth product roles    Certifications: Certified Product Manager, Growth Marketing certifications, Google Analytics, Digital Marketing certifications valuable    Equivalent Experience: 9+ years of proven success in digital product management with focus on conversion optimization and performance marketing may substitute for advanced degree
