Job description

We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and service-oriented Part-Time Service Assistant/Guest Relations Associate on a part-time on call basis to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure funeral, visitation, and memorial services are conducted with dignity, respect, and care. Responsibilities include providing transportation support, greeting and assisting families and guests, coordinating service details, and creating a welcoming and supportive environment during emotionally sensitive times. You may also assist with the transportation of casketed deceased when needed. The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service while supporting families through life's most difficult moments. This is more than just a customer service role. It is an opportunity to provide comfort, compassion, and professionalism when it matters most, helping ensure every family and guest receives the care and support they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive limousines, service cars, and other company vehicles for funeral services.
  • Greet, assist, and provide support to families and guests attending services.
  • Organize and manage vehicle line-ups for funeral processions.
  • Assist with the transportation of casketed deceased as required.
  • Maintain a professional and respectful presence at all times.
  • Greet and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion
  • Provide directions, answer questions, and offer support to grieving families and attendees.
