Job description

The Fund Formation Attorney at Blackstone will be part of a dedicated legal team focused on fund formation and fundraising. This role involves assisting with the launch of new fund products, coordinating with various stakeholders, and managing the closing processes. What You’ll Do
  • Help launch new fund products and advise on fund structure.
  • Coordinate with outside counsel and business teams on fund matters.
