The Fund Formation Attorney at Blackstone will be part of a dedicated legal team focused on fund formation and fundraising. This role involves assisting with the launch of new fund products, coordinating with various stakeholders, and managing the closing processes. It’s a great opportunity for someone with a solid background in fund formation law to make a significant impact in a leading firm.

What You’ll Do
  • Help launch new fund products and advise on fund structure.
  • Coordinate with outside counsel and business teams on fund matters.
  • Negotiate and draft key fund documents like LPAs and subscription documents.
