The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years of private investment fund formation experience are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidates will have experience representing sponsors and investors in private investment funds and will have completed fund formation transactions, sponsor-level transactions (i.e., involving the general partner and management company entities), and secondary transactions involving limited partner and/or portfolio company interests.
