  • Manage stakeholder engagement with DOE, NRC, national labs, and commercial partners.
  • Track and report progress, proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks.
  • Ensure regulatory and technical milestones are met for both Aalo-X and Aalo-1 deployment.

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of construction project management experience in nuclear, energy, industrial, or advanced civil construction.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly for an owner or serving as an owner's representative, with responsibility for managing design teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on aggressive timelines from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.
  • Experience managing project scope, budget, schedule, risk, procurement, change control, and contractor performance.
  • Experience working with DOE, NRC, or other regulatory bodies is a strong plus.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, make informed decisions, and drive accountability and urgency across teams.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Why Join Aalo?
