Title: Techno-Functional Project Manager (ServiceNow HRSD)
Location: Coppell, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months (Contract)
Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the global deployment of ServiceNow HRSD (ESS), managing end-to-end program execution, HR process transformation, and integrations with Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and PeopleSoft. This role is highly visible, driving global employee experience transformation.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead global HRSD ESS rollout, governance, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Align global HR requirements with ServiceNow functionality.
  • Oversee integrations with backend HR platforms.
  • Manage workflows, service catalogs, and ESS knowledge base design.
  • Drive SIT/UAT testing, cutover, adoption, and change management.
  • Collaborate with vendors, SIs, and cross-functional HR/IT teams.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years IT/HRIS project management.
  • 5+ years with ServiceNow HRSD (ESS).
  • Strong HR process expertise (case mgmt., knowledge mgmt., lifecycle events).
  • Proven integrations with Workday/Oracle HCM/SAP SuccessFactors/PeopleSoft.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management.
  • PMP/Prince2 preferred.
