The Payload Launch Sites Support Services (PLSSS) Program provides all launch processing support functions for Office of Space Launch (OSL). One of the program's two primary operating locations is in Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, Florida. Key elements of the PLSSS program scope include satellite launch processing, satellite transport operations, satellite propellant loading operations, and satellite processing facilities O&M, clean room operations, and safety and environmental services.
We are seeking an IT Multi Function Information Systems Analyst Sr to and sustain critical IT support for the PLSSS Contract at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. The analyst will provide daily, hands on assistance for LM AVD environments, administer key servers and network elements, and serve as the primary point of contact for help desk functions, backup administration, and in person user support.
Key Responsibilities
• On site support for LM AVD users and interfacing with UMIS providers, troubleshooting workflow changes, connectivity, and profile loading issues.
• Server administration of mission critical systems.
• Network stewardship to sustain LM connectivity between coasts and coordinate patching/vulnerability remediation with corporate.
• Help desk duties: ticket triage, incident resolution, user training, management of Cape security groups, distribution lists, and local imaging for desktops and remote laptops.
• Assist with administration for SharePoint and Maximo.
• Collaboration with VSFB: participate in shared ticketing, CMDB, and change control processes.
• Account configuration & maintenance for both internal and customer needs.
• Perform vulnerability remediation.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years of hands on systems administration in a Windows based enterprise environment
• Ability to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.
• CompTIA Security+
• Must be able to work on site at the Cape location daily.
• Server and VMware host administration experience
• Network troubleshooting and connectivity management experience
• Imaging and deployment tools experience
Desired skills
• Strong troubleshooting - ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues quickly on site.
• Customer focused mindset - excellent communication and training skills for end user support.
• Enterprise level awareness - familiarity with corporate patch management, vulnerability remediation, and change control processes.
• Collaboration - comfortable working with remote specialists and participating in joint change boards.
• Automation - experience scripting (PowerShell, Python) to streamline routine admin tasks.
• Adaptability - capacity to handle evolving technology stacks (e.g., UMIS updates, AVD transitions).
• Reliability - demonstrated ability to maintain high availability of critical systems and minimize downtime.
• Prior experience with UMIS, AVD, or similar virtual desktop platforms is preferred.
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administration, or equivalent.
• Backup/restore operations for SharePoint & Maximo

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $98,300 - $170,315. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
