Job Summary:
MillenniumSoft Inc is a company in the Information Technology sector, and they are seeking an Application Development Productivity Analyst. The role focuses on validating and analyzing productivity data from outsourced suppliers to ensure contractual requirements are met and to support ongoing performance tracking.
Responsibilities:
• Validation and analysis of outsourced supplier productivity data and reports to BD to determine the achievement of contractual requirements for productivity gains.
• Role is to support analysis of services under the BD - Outsourcing engagement for benefits realization related to Productivity gains.
• Perform analysis and validation of outsourced supplier productivity reports to measure supplier performance against contractually required gains in productivity on application maintenance and application development services.
• Responsibilities include:
• Validation of baseline data and counts.
• Initial baseline approval.
• Design process for ongoing validation Ongoing Responsibilities
• Data Validation (monthly).
• Tracking performance vs. contractual commitment levels.
• Tracking against Industry Standards
• Annual Audit of supplier counts (via 3rd Party sampling)
• Manage Productivity Benchmarks & interface to bench marker
• AMO productivity assessment.
• Negotiation of changes as needed
Qualifications:
Required:
• High School Diploma/GED
• Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• Microsoft Access and Excel - advanced level skill
• Prior IT Finance and Program Management experience
• Prior IT metric management and data analysis and validation
• Knowledge of IFPUG (Function Point standards)
