Do you have a dynamic personality, enjoy working with others, and possess superior customer service skills? We're looking for outstanding individuals to join our growing team.

We provide fueling, parking, and hangar space to the general aviation community (non-commercial planes).

We have an immediate need to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative. This position could include morning or evening shifts and will include holiday and weekend coverage.

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves the front desk, greeting customers, accepting payments, and handling various administrative and service-oriented details. The job includes regular computer work, i.e., processing basic financial transactions, entering reservations for services, and managing multiple number-related information within the aviation software application related to customer bookings and fees.

The CSR position requires a cheerful and enthusiastic personality to make all guests feel welcome while ensuring their needs are met with the utmost attentiveness and professionalism. Our customer service department provides concierge-level assistance through excellent communication, anticipating needs, creative thinking, practical responsiveness, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

ยท Greeting on-site visitors and ensuring they are made to feel welcome

ยท Handling telephone calls with a customer-oriented level of service

ยท Data entry and other computer work to make reservations for services, communicate with customers via email, track inventory, and process financial transactions

ยท Excellent attention to detail to coordinate operations provided by multiple personnel to multiple customers to ensure timely and efficient service

ยท Connecting clients to appropriate personnel or third-party vendors for further service needs

ยท Providing attention to detail and follow through to ensure that a wide range of business needs are met

ยท Performing administrative support tasks

ยท Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

ยท Providing a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

Qualifications:

ยท Aviation experience preferred

ยท Hospitality experience, i.e., front desk, restaurant/bar, hotel, country club, luxury retail

ยท Ability to work effectively with numbers to efficiently and accurately handle payment processing, invoicing, and the associated computer entries and paperwork

ยท Must have Experience providing top-quality customer service in a face-to-face setting

ยท Friendly and attentive personality

ยท Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

ยท Experience with conflict resolution in a customer service environment

ยท Exceptional Ability to attend to details

ยท Computer skills, e.g., POS systems, reservation systems, accounting systems, Excel

ยท Ability to multi-task effectively, interacting with customers, answering phones, and attending to computer work

Position Requirements:

*High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.

*Essential reading, writing, and math skills.

*Ability to work under pressure and adaptability to change.

*Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

*Must possess a valid state Driver's License.
