To thrive as a Full Time Traveling RBT, you need a solid understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles, an active RBT credential, and experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. Familiarity with data collection software, electronic health records, and mobile communication tools is important for efficiency on the go. It’s important to develop strong organizational skills, remain flexible, and communicate regularly with supervisors and local teams to ensure seamless transitions between assignments. This position is ideal for those who enjoy variety in their work environment and are comfortable with frequent travel.
